How to Combine Multiple Images into One PDF Privately

Merge, reorder, and convert multiple images into one PDF locally in your browser without uploading sensitive files.

Receipts, scans, identification documents, and client images often need to become one ordered PDF. A local browser workflow can create that PDF without first transferring the image contents to a remote conversion server.

1.Why local PDF creation matters

A conventional cloud converter must receive your files before it can process them. PixelShift instead reads the selected images in your browser, builds the PDF on the device, and starts the download locally.

This reduces exposure during the conversion step, but normal browser and device security still matter. Use a trusted device, keep the browser updated, and store the downloaded PDF appropriately.

2.Combine images into one PDF

  1. Open the PixelShift Image to PDF tool.
  2. Add JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, AVIF, or SVG images.
  3. Drag the rows into the required page order and keep Combine into one PDF enabled.
  4. Choose Original size for borderless pages or A4 to fit each image on a standard page.
  5. Select Generate PDF and save the completed document.

3.Original size or A4?

Original size makes each PDF page follow the source image proportions and avoids adding a white page border. It works well for full-page scans or image portfolios.

A4 fits each image inside a standard portrait page. It is useful for printing and administrative documents, although images with different proportions may have surrounding whitespace.

4.Prepare a clean, useful PDF

  • Rotate or crop source images before adding them.
  • Arrange pages in the final reading order.
  • Check that small text remains legible after fitting to A4.
  • Use descriptive local filenames after download.
  • Open the finished PDF once before sharing it.
